How to Brew

Inverted Aeropress

Coffee: 17.5g
Water: 280ml at 96°C
Coffee to Water Ratio: 1:16

1: Weigh out 17.5g of coffee
2: Fine grind
3: Heat water to 96°C
4: Invert AeroPress® and preheat
5: Rinse filter
6: Add coffee
7: Add 100ml water and stir vigorously
8: Add another 140ml of water and place filter cap on
9: Brew for 60 seconds
10: Invert and slowly plunge coffee until you hear air release and stop
11: Add 40ml of water to your cup
12: Enjoy

Cafetière

Coffee: 30g
Water: 420ml at 92°C
Coffee to Water Ratio: 1:14

1. Weigh out 30g of coffee
2. Medium grind
3. Warm Cafetière with hot water & discard
4. Add coffee to Cafetière and zero scales
5. Add 80ml of water and stir
6. Start a timer and allow coffee to bloom for 30 seconds
7. Add 340ml of water (420ml total) and stir
8. Stir again at 2 minutes
9. Insert plunger and press down until it touches the coffee
10. At 4 minutes slowly depress the plunger over 5-10 seconds
11. Pour to cup
12. Enjoy

•Transfer from the Cafetière as soon as the plunger is depressed, as the grounds will continue to extract.

Chemex

Coffee: 28g
Water: 420ml at 92°C
Coffee to Water Ratio: 1:15

1. Weigh out 28g of coffee
2. Medium to Coarse grind
3. Heat water 92°C
4. Place Chemex filter and presoak, then discard water
5. Add coffee to filter
6. Add 50-70ml of water, saturate grounds, and let bloom for 30 sec
7. Add the rest of the water in 100ml increments in a circular motion not forgetting the edges
8. Pour to cup
9. Enjoy 

Pour Over

Coffee: 28g
Water: 420ml at 95°C
Coffee to Water Ratio: 1:15

1. Weigh out 28g of coffee
2. Medium grind
3. Heat water 95°C
4. Place the chosen device on mug, place filter and presoak, then discard water
5. Add coffee to filter
6. Add 70ml of water, saturate grounds, and let bloom for 30 sec
7. Add the rest of the water in 100ml increments in a circular motion not forgetting the edges
8. Enjoy

Filter

Coffee: 66g
Water: 1lt at 95°C
Coffee to Water Ratio: 1:15

1. Place in filter and presoak, then discard water
2. Fill water reservoir
3. Add coffee to filter
4. Start machine
5. Once completed remove coffee from heat source.
6. Pour to cup
7. Enjoy
